Once one of our specialists confirms your reservation details and you provide payment, a reservation number or Booking ID will be provided to you within 24-48 business hours. All reservations will take this time to process. Once received, this booking ID or reservation number will also grant you access to https://www.princess.com and the Princess App to manage your booking online and access online check-in closer to departure.

I am travelling with my infant/toddler, do I still need to pay full price?

Cabin pricing from our website is based on double occupancy and will be charged regardless of the age of passengers. However, if you are travelling with a party of 3 or 4, please inquire directly with our team at support@decksanddicevoyages.com for pricing for single, triple, quad occupancy, or pricing with infants under 2 years of age.

If I am a US Citizen, do I need a passport?

While a passport is HIGHLY recommended, US citizens can travel on this closed-loop cruise with an original and certified copy of their birth certificate along with a Government ID where the names match. This will take longer for processing before and after the cruise, and again, passports are highly recommended.

What are the travel documentation requirements for children 16 and under?

While strongly recommended they have a passport, children under 16 without a drivers license will simply need an original and certified copy of their birth certificate along AND be traveling with their parents listed on the birth certificate.

Is 6 months of validity necessary when using my passport for this cruise?

Yes, your passport should be valid for at least 6 months past September 13th, 2027, for this cruise. Please check your passports at the time of booking to allow time for a renewal if necessary.
